A standard Postage charge of €3 will apply to all Jewellery items
How is jewellery packed?
Each item is individually packed in its own gift box with gift card detailing what stones were used in making of piece and what collection it belongs to.
How long will it take for my order to be posted to me?
If item ordered is in stock which most of the items in our online shop are, it will be posted next day. If it is an item that has to be made up to special requirements it may take up to a week before item is ready for posting.
You will get an e-mail to confirm your order and day it will be posted to you.
What are your policies for returns?
As we are all aware any item when purchased may not suit us when taken home so if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase when you receive it we will refund amount on return of jewellery.
Just return item within 10 days and we will process refund immediately.
Terms
Although we have described our items to the best of our ability we cannot take responsibility for a slight colour difference in product due to transferring pictures to site. Also due to the uniqueness of each piece stones may be in a different layout in some pieces.
Do your sterling silver earrings comply with nickle derective testing?
The company we buy our sterling components from have already been proven to pass the nickle release test.
